My mind is my good friend and servant.
It awaits my direction on what to think about and focus on.
I rule my mind, which I alone must rule.
I choose to rule with love, joy, peace and kindness today.
I focus on the thoughts and aspects of life that stimulate JOY in me.

I am not waiting for life or other people or God to make me happy.
I love that I get to choose how good I want to feel by focusing my mind on
the POSITIVE ASPECTS of whatever and whoever is in my world today.
My heart is open, my mind is clear, my spirit is renewed and
everything I need comes to me today in ease, joy and Grace!

Daily Affirmation

This is a day of meditation and stillness for me
even as I go about the world living my normal life.
I take my eyes off the bigger picture and focus on each
small sacred step as a holy action infused with love, love, love.
I devote today to serving the Spirit of Love as It uses my
hands, feet and voice to channel Love and Peace through me
even in the most mundane of errands and happenings.

I allow the small “me” to dissolve as I step back and let
Him lead the way, for I am walking in Grace today.
This is a day of beauty and of Light as all that is not Love
dissolves away from my Being and I am restored to peace.

I am running my own race today. There is no competition, condemnation nor criticism in me nor towards me. Everyone wins in my space, including me. I do not bother with the ego notion of dreaming big, for I dream JOYFULLY instead. In Spirit, there is no size, no comparison, no order of difficulty. There is nothing to prove, no one to impress. I release all desire to be special, for God created me and there is nothing I need add to make myself more valuable. I am happily playing in my own yard.

I now give 100% of my attention to those who love, adore and support me just as I am. I only spend time with those it feels great to be around. I withdraw all attention from those who don’t get me, don’t like me, don’t approve of me, or want me to be different. I release them with love and turn entirely away from them and I now only attract and spend time where there is mutual love, support and great joy. There is no one and nothing to audition for – I’ve got the part of ME and I am playing it with great ease and joy as I savor all my own unique weirdness here in the world I have created in the Possibility Matrix.

with Wisdom, Guidance and Grace in all things.
This is a day of joyful ease as I open to receive rather
than to conquer, control or get. Instead, I allow and accept.
Invisible hands reach out to guide and direct me.
Opportunities present themselves in perfect timing & ways.
My thoughts turn in gentle happy directions.

fullness of our adoration to the “God Presence which ‘I AM’ ” — the Ascended Jesus
Christ—we pour forth our Gratitude and Praise for the sustaining Presence, the
good of every description held within this Radiance of which we are receiving
hourly. Thou Mighty Presence! As we find ourselves held within Thy Mighty
Embrace, we become imbued with Thy Radiant Intelligence, Thy Marvelous
Strength, Thy Invincible Courage to hold constantly within Thy Mighty Light.

Thou Mighty, Majestic Christ Power, now grown to Full Stature! We
salute Thee by the Sign of the Heart and Head, accepting the Fullness of Thy
Mighty Power made manifest in the hearts of the students and of the people of
America.

We accept the Fullness of the Light and Its illuminating Presence within
the heart and mind of each one, surging forward with such intensity that It carries
the courage and strength for everyone to make the needed conscious effort which
will enable the “Mighty I AM Presence” to raise the atomic structure into its Full
Ascension.

I radiate goodwill to all mankind in thought, word and deed. I know the peace and goodwill that I radiate to every man comes back to me a thousand fold. Whatever I need to know comes to me from the God self within me. Infinite intelligence is operating through me revealing to me what I need to know. God in me knows only the answer.

The perfect answer is made known to me now. Infinite intelligence and divine wisdom make all decisions through me, and there is only right action and right expression taking place in my life. Every night I wrapped myself in the mantle of God’s love and fall asleep knowing divine guidance is mine. When the dawn comes, I am filled with peace. I go forth into the new day full of faith, confidence and trust. Thank you, father

Joseph Murphy: Meditation to have the Power of Faith

The prayer of faith shall save the sick and God shall raise him up. I know that no matter what the negation of yesterday was, my prayer or affirmation of truth will rise triumphantly over it today. I steadfastly behold the joy of the answered prayer. I walk all day long in the light.

Today is God’s day; it is a glorious day for me, as it is full of peace, harmony and joy. My faith in the good is written in my heart and felt in my inward parts. I am absolutely convinced that there is a presence and a perfect law which receives the impress of my desire now and which irresistibly attracts into by experience all the good things my heart desires. I now place all my reliance, faith, and trust in the power in presence of God within me; I am at peace.

I know I am a guest of the infinite and that God is my host. I hear the invitation of the holy one saying, come unto me all ye that labor, and I will give you rest. I rest in God; all is well.
